Jim is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Chatham-Kent Energy. Jim has worked almost 25 years in various utility industries (cable, gas, water and electricity) in progressive financial and regulatory positions. Jim is a Certified General Accountant and has a Masters of Business Administration.
